For all orders delivered to an Australian address, we guarantee your What To Give gift will be sent the next business day when ordered before 6pm

What To Give offers the following shipping options:
Standard: Free (via Australia Post) - between 1- 5 business days for the What To Give to arrive.
Express Post: $16.95 (via Australia Post) – If order is placed before 2pm we guarantee 1 to 2 business days delivery if address falls within the Australia Post Express Post network
Please note: Orders returned to What To Give due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.
International Shipping
Due to the fragile nature of our What To Give gifts we do not offer International Shipping for online orders.

Our Delivery Promise To You
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver What To Give gifts quickly and efficiently. We always endeavour to deliver your What To Give gift as close to your preferred delivery as possible. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.
Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, What To Give will:
Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within five working days (Monday – Friday,  excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; Australia Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.
When express post is selected, and What To Give gift is ordered before 6pm, What To Give will use reasonable endeavours to distribute the order the next business day*, for delivery following business day within Australia Post guaranteed next day delivery network.

If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest Australia post outlet.

Please note: If premises unattended a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.
Late Deliveries: Refunds will not be given for late delivery. What To Give will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur, it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at info@whattogive.com.au and we will follow up.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The amount payable to What To Give for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
  1. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
  2. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
  3. prices shown on this website are inclusive of GST 
You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. What To Give accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

What To Give gifts & Wrapping
All What To Give gifts will be packed into a recyclable cardboard gift box and sealed with a What To Give signature "A gift for you" gift tag.
The void filler is 100% recyclable paper, but very fragile items will be wrapped in additional wrap.
A note for the recipient will be hand written on our gift card, therefore required details must be written in the note box on the checkout page.
Please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully.
Damaged Parcels or Items
In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, What To Give will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact What To Give at info@whattogive.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.
Please note: What To Give will, at all times, honour its obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Late Deliveries

Returns policy
In the event of products being damaged in delivery you can return the items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
To arrange a return, seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us on info@whattogive.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return. Unless faulty, What To Give will not bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
